Watch: Joburg biker confronts taxi driver who knocked him down

A taxi driver thought he could commit a crime and get away with it. Unfortunately for him, this quick-thinking man acted before he tried to escape.
Many of us have been stuck in traffic and had words, or thrown angry fists at taxi drivers who sometimes seem to have little or no respect for other road users. Most of us try to suppress the anger, but sometimes we can't help but lose it.
According to Times Live, a Joburg motorcyclist captured intense video footage of an incident where he was knocked over by a minibus taxi who reportedly jumped a red traffic light, and sent him flying in the process.

The footage shows the biker falling as he comes screeching off his motorcycle. Despite being knocked off at about 80km an hour, the angry biker runs up to the minibus taxi‚ stopped at a nearby traffic light with other taxis around, and knocks on the driver’s window in an attempt to confront him head-on.

The biker did report the incident to a nearby police station but has not heard anything since. His bike had to be written off, and he suffered damage to the ligaments of his right knee.
