Watch: 'Bully' daughter forced to walk to school in freezing temperatures by father
A father's parenting skills are being brought into question after he shot a video showing how he taught his daughter an important lesson about bullying.

A dad has got the internet in a state.
This comes after he shared a video of his daughter walking to school after she was kicked off the school bus for bullying classmates. She was suspended from the school bus for her behaviour.

Instead of driving her to school, the dad, Matt Cox, took the opportunity to teach his daughter a lesson about bullying by making her walk herself to school - in almost freezing temperatures. Being the good dad he is, he drove behind her to ensure she was safe.
He took to his Facebook page to share the video which has divided parents down the middle. So far, it has been viewed over 21-million times.

Matt shared an update on the situation: "lesson learned! Still has all her extremities intact is happy and healthy and seems to have a new outlook on bullying as well as a new appreciation for some of the simple things in life she used to take for granted."
Many parents took to the comments section to express their thoughts, with some saying it was a great move, while others have called the dad a bully for doing it and even considered it to be abuse.
It must be pretty unsettling learning that your child is a bully, but how do you discipline your child? Taking away privileges, their cellphone or grounding them might be an option.
In this case, the dad chose to shame his kid and while these actions have attracted media attention, is it a useful discipline strategy? Personally, I think so.

In this day and age where some kids are getting more and more out of hand, this is a way to make her realise that riding the school bus is a privilege and bullying is unacceptable.
