Tourist casually 'steals' dolphin-like creature from beach
'This man needs to be caught and thrown in jail,' said one Facebook user after seeing this bizarre footage.
When you see something that’s just a little bit odd, do you say something or not get involved?
What would you do if you were on the beach and you saw someone carrying a dolphin over his shoulder? Weird question, but that's the question I had in my mind after coming across this bizarre situation.

Daily Mail recently reported that a Chinese tourist was seen carrying what seems to be a dolphin-like animal over his shoulder on a beach. It washed ashore and was dead already at the time the video was shot.
Investigations are underway by the local Fisheries Bureau as to why the tourist decided to 'steal' the dolphin. Beachgoers and tourists witnessed him place the mammal in his vehicle and drive away.
