This paralysed man's passion and determination will inspire you!

When I watched this video, I almost wanted to jump up and down with excitement. The physical and mental determination of this man is enough to give you inspiration for days to come.

Cliff, who has total paralysis on his right side, does something that doesn't come easily to him anymore. Diving has always been a passion of his but, unfortunately, it's something that is just no longer possible for him to do.

I was actually holding my breath when I saw him climb the ladder to the top of a high diving board and after a few moments, he wobbled before he does it. Then with all his might and strength, he takes a brave dive forward, gushing into the water with bystanders cheering and applauding him.

One of the other things to watch out for in this video is a little girl jumping up and down with excitement when he dives and then she gives him the biggest hug ever.
