Animally Haven, a local non-profit organisation, is hoping to shine a light and give their 'residents' an opportunity to live a happy life again.
The animal sanctuary is based in the North Coast area and is run by Gianna Scoulelis.
The organisation hopes to provide a home for abused, special needs, and unwanted animals whose owners cannot afford or choose not to take care of them anymore.
Read: Can you give any one of these pets a loving home?
Since the first article, we're glad to report that loving families have adopted two of the dogs that we featured.
Here are two pets that are still looking for homes:
Curly
Turner
Both Curly and Turner are four-year-old neutered Labradoodle males, who came from the same family where they had not felt any love or affection for a while.
They need to be in homes with families who will have patience with them. They can be homed separately.
If you are interested in giving a loving home to these dogs or want to donate to Animally Haven, please contact Gianna Scoulelis on 083 799 9449 or email [email protected].
