"This has to be the perfect feel-good story for a Monday," says Thandolwethu.

Thanks to the advancement of technology, colourblind people can now get the opportunity to see what we see. The EnChroma Glasses allow colourblind individuals to see a broad spectrum of colour by using a filter to cut out overlapping wavelengths.
A video of a colourblind photographer seeing his first sunrise popped up on my timeline this weekend, and it brought me to tears.
His shock and amazement at the different hues in the sky and seeing his purple hat is something that is so incredible, and you can see the joy by his face and tears.
This particular sunrise was in the Vesturhorn Mountain in Iceland, and could not have been a more perfect setting for the big reveal.
The lesson: Never take the simple things in life for granted... EVER!
