Social experiment: Would you stop a child from smoking in public?

Have you ever stopped to think what you would do in a situation like this?
If you were walking down the street and saw a young kid trying to light a cigarette, how would you react?

What if that same kid asked you for a light? Would you light the cigarette for him?
Well, I came across this social experiment on YouTube shot by a group of individuals in an effort to see just how people react to a child smoking in public.

While some people refused to light the kid's cigarette, others obliged and happily pulled out a lighter, which is pretty disturbing, to say the least, given that he is about 10-years-old.
Personally, I'd be the person who would refuse to light the kid's cigarette. Well, not that I'd have a lighter on me in the first place, but you get what I mean.
