Meet a polyamorous family of two women and one man who are now expecting their fifth child together.

Polyamorous relationships are consensual by all parties involved and the term loosely means 'loving several or many'. People involved in these types of relationships say that it is important to understand this relationship does not fall into the category of an 'open relationship'.

Buddy and Rose already had two children and were happy together, but felt the need to 'spice up' their relationship, so they included a third party. Enter Rose’s ex-girlfriend Lauren… and the three became a committed ‘triad'.

The three have five children between them and now have plans to get married as a trio.

Buddy says they’re just normal people and although it’s a unique situation, their goals as a family are pretty much the same as everyone else's.
