New Barbie advert is not what you'd expect

I had lots of Barbie dolls when I was growing up.

I loved them to bits and pieces! Lately, Barbie has come under a lot of scrutiny, with people saying that girls aspire to look like Barbie and therefore develop self-esteem issues.

With the festive season around the corner, and this also being the season of East Coast Radio’s Toy Story with Game, this advert warmed my heart.

It just goes to remind us that a toy opens up a world of imagination and possibilities for little minds.
