'My girlfriend wants to go on an overseas trip with her ex'

Hi Thandolwethu
So I have a bit of a dilemma. I have been dating this girl and about six weeks ago, we made things official.
Things have been going great and she is a very kind and attentive person and has just been a breath of fresh air. She is very funny and we get along and have a lot in common.
Here is the problem: Before we started seeing each other she and her ex had booked a trip to Greece. She had saved up and paid R25 000 for the trip. After they broke up, it was too late for her to cancel or get her money back.
She wants to go on the trip with the ex and not feel like her money is wasted. What should I do?
