"My boss pocket dialed me and I heard him talking about retrenchments"
Updated | By East Coast Radio
Decisions, decisions! What would you do if you overheard a conversation which may change innocent people's lives forever?
You'll never feel as stupid as when you realise that you've pocket dialled someone by mistake. It sometimes happens when you quickly forget to lock your phone and place it into your pocket.

The fear also starts to set in when you try and figure out what you were talking about while the 'oopsie call' was made.
A man sent us a message after he was pocket dialled by his boss. No problem here, but it was the conversation that happened in the background that has left him in a dilemma.
To speak up or ignore - that is the question here. Take a look at the message he sent Damon:
Howsit Damon. I received an interesting call last night – it was actually by accident but because it sounded interesting, I stayed on the line. It was my boss who called, but after saying ‘hello’ to him a few times, there was no response. It was clear he pocked dialed me. However, what he said in the background caught my attention. He was talking to a fellow colleague saying he plans to retrench a few staff members and even named each one of them. He should not be talking about this in public – especially not to a fellow colleague. Its wrong. Now I'm in a jam – he’s been avoiding me like the plague. Do I tell my colleagues what I heard, confront him, or pretend I heard nothing. HELP!- Anonymous
What do you think this man should do? What would you do if you were in his shoes?
