Man dies in his car, police still ticket him
Updated | By Damon Beard
A man who lay dead in his car for days was handed a number of parking tickets by traffic officers who didn’t notice his lifeless body.

Have you ever been in your car and pulled over because you need to send a text message or maybe even nap for a few minutes?
I've done it often, and I've walked past vehicles parked on the side of the road, seeing people in the driver's seat - but I never stop to wonder if they're alive or not?
It seems a man overseas pulled over, but then died from natural causes... and it was only when a passer-by noticed five parking tickets
on his windscreen that she realised there was a man inside the vehicle.
She then saw his head drooped down and a credit card in his hand.
The traffic officers must have not seen the man through his tinted windows and the parking tickets have since been dismissed.
