This Valentine’s day, Jet wants to encourage women to not only love those around them, but to love and celebrate themselves.
As women, we are often made to feel inadequate in our bodies.
Media often tell us that we are too thin, or too fat, too pale, or too dark.
We thus find ourselves on a constant search for perfection and sometimes those things can cause serious damage on our mental and physical health.
