Jane has teamed up with stylist Lynne McMaster to build confidence in young girls

Damon speaks to Jane about her new project and how she wants to shape the way women look at themselves.
Damon sits down with Jane to chat about her Choose You course.
I am so, so excited to have hooked up with stylist Lynne McMaster for the 'Being You' workshop. This idea came about organically when Lynne and I were chatting about how we feel there is a need for real role models for young girls when it comes to embracing their true selves. I have spent so much precious time in my life beating myself up for my imperfections.

I wish when I was young and impressionable that there was someone who stood up and told me it was okay to be different, in fact, it's a glorious thing! Also that it's okay not to fit into the cookie cutter in both looks and mindset. I mean, sure, my parents have always been such beacons of unfaltering love and support, but they were my mom and dad and sometimes listening to mom and dad was hard, especially when it came to fashion and body image.
Both Lynne and I like to think outside the box and celebrate the uniqueness that each and every one of us holds. It really is the time to know that ‘you’ are enough and that you don’t have to follow the pack in order to belong.

The event on 2 December will be an inspiring, fashion-forward day that will allow the girls to share, connect, and express in a safe space, as well as finding out what look suits their body shape best.

We will also touch on the latest fashion trends, social media etiquette, positive affirmations, working on the perception of self vs reality, and dream journals.
Each girl will also receive her own journal, flower crown, make-up bag packed with some beautiful goodies, tea, cake, and a scrumptious lunch.
There are only 10 spaces available as we really want to spend quality time unpacking the conversation. Hurry and get involved!
