Ice fishermen run for their lives to escape icy wave
A day out for some ice fishing turned into a sprint to safety for this group of fishermen.
What looks like a pretty chilled day out fishing on the ice suddenly turned nasty in a matter of seconds for this group.
It seems that the wake from a large cargo ship flowed underneath the ice, breaking it into chunks and spreading waves through the ocean.

It’s then only a matter of time before the fishermen try to outrun the wave that’s formed underneath them and head to the safety of the shore.
