Here's why you should not give an elephant a bath

This elephant sent a tourist flying after she tried to give him a scrub down.
A tourist has been filmed flying through the air after an elephant she tried to wash down decided it wanted nothing to do with her - or her sponge.
The girl, who was in Thailand visiting a river where tourists can pay to spend time with elephants, sponged its trunk and splashed water at it as other tourists looked on.
The elephant had other ideas though and gave the tourist a smack with its trunk and sent her flying.

At the end of the clip she gets up, so it seems as though she didn't get hurt too badly.
After the incident, the girl posted a photo with a different elephant saying: ‘At least this elephant liked me.’
