Get ready to welcome Thandolwethu into your workday
Updated | By Justin Paul James
Tuesday, 5 March marks a big day for Thandolwethu as she starts her new slot, weekdays from 9:00am to 12:00pm. We caught up with her to find out how she feels about it all.

You may remember her from her old slot on East Coast Urban, but now get ready to welcome her into your workday.
It was recently announced that Thandolwethu will be joining the weekday 9:00am - 12:00pm slot, and she is excited as ever to be making real radio that's going to touch audiences.
Thandolwethu's radio career began many years ago, too long ago in fact.
"I can't actually remember when exactly it began - that's how long I've been and had a passion for radio. It's everything to me. I live, sleep, eat, and do radio 24/7," she said.
Although she's not a morning person, she said that she's thrilled about the new opportunity she's been given to connect with the listeners of KZN and to discuss real topics that matter to them. She also said that leaving her old slot was difficult.
"It's always hard leaving a radio slot. You grow attached to the listeners who reach out to you. However, I am excited about touching the lives of people in the mornings, and to be able to 'walk' with them throughout their workday," she added.
Thandolwethu was tight-lipped about what she has planned for her show, but she promises that she's going to stay true to herself, have real conversations, and have fun.
It seems as if day one of her new slot got off to an interesting start.
