Footballer who sat with boy returns with an EPIC surprise

Remember the story about the American football player who was visiting a school with his team-mates and saw a young boy with Autism eating alone?

The pictures were shared around the world... as this celebrity went over to eat his lunch with the young boy.

Now the football player has gone back to the school and surprised his new friend with his own custom made jersey with his surname across the back.
