According to WebMD, the Achilles Tendon is the tissue that connects your calf muscle to your heel bone, and is known as the largest and strongest tendon in the human body.

This particular video shows the lady hobbling to the armchair and sitting down after experiencing excruciating pain. Thank goodness her son was around to bring her an ice pack and to make sure she was okay.

I remember MC'ing a show a few years back and one of the dancers snapped his Achilles. It was like someone had thrown a cracker on the stage, never mind the pain he went through.

Surgery two days later and about three months ahead of healing, Tiffany has a long road ahead of her and I wish her all the best in her recovery.
