Exposed: KZN colleagues called out for 'unprofessional' behaviour
You spend most of your time with your colleagues, so it's only natural to form a relationship with some of them. However, when it borders on the 'unprofessional', that's when it becomes an issue.

Being professional in the workplace means carrying yourself in a professional manner at all times.
However, you may think that people won’t notice if you demonstrate unprofessional behaviour at work because as long as you do your job, then who cares, right?

Most of our lives are spent with our colleagues, so we can't really be blamed for developing a good professional relationship with them. But with every relationship there has to be some sort of boundary. People in the office are very quick to notice when two colleagues are getting a bit too comfortable with each other. They are always watching.
It's like this woman who spotted her two colleagues conducting themselves in a highly inappropriate manner. She sent us the following message about it:
Hi Damon. I know you have been asking listeners to send through interesting conversation starts, well today I've got something that's a little saucy for you. LOL! I managed to grab a picture and a short clip which I will forward to you. Two of my colleagues have been getting a bit too close for comfort, and have been spending a lot of time after hours in the office - ALONE! During one of our recent meetings in the boardroom with the boss, my female colleague was seen with her head on his shoulder, and we even caught her rubbing his arm gently - i know. Everyone at the office thinks this is highly inappropriate for the workplace. There should be boundaries right. Sincerely - Concerned Colleague

I've looked over the footage and picture a good few times, and agree that these colleagues are indeed being unprofessional - especially because they were in a meeting together. I don't mind it if a colleague hugs me or shakes my hand now and then, but that rub on the arm was a bit too sensual.
