A man who goes by the Twitter handle @JackieMkeeze has rallied the support from many on Twitter after a heartbreaking thread which speaks about his depression and thoughts of suicide.
He also shared how long he has been out of a job, and how he feels he has failed his family - and his kids.

You guys don't understand depression😢😭. Being 40 year old, doing honours Degree, with 3 kids not employed for more than a year, infact never had proper job. Having nothing to eat and kids and their mother look at you to provide, all you end up thinking about is death=peace😭😭 https://t.co/8BZdcJ0Yx1

My son asks me simple things like Spiderman pj's and why don't we have TV in the house. Their mother's courage and strong will fading slowly seeing things are seemingly never changing. Registered to EVERY single job portal available, still nothing. I fear am going to take my life

Death seems the only solution in my case...i've failed as a father and a partner. Family distanced themselves when all they think you want from them is help. I'm faaling to a dark space and its consuming every courage, hope i had for myself and those i love.

I think they are better off without me than me being here and seeing them going to sleep hungry...and i blame myself 💔💔💔. It's enough.

Today's family dinner being beans and rice for the past 9 dinners..that breaks me even more...when the mother of my kids prepare it with love every single day. 😭😭💔. I have tried everything...Everything in my power...i have nothing more to give. I accept that ive failed.

Hope my kids will forgive me...hope their mother will unnderstand. Cos really i have nothing more to give. Being unemployed for some time renders you unemployable especially at my age.

I've got so much 'regrets' from companies it has come to a point where it hurts no more... what hurts is when my son asks me when i am taking him to my work. 💔

Apart from scores of individuals offering words of support, one comment was from the popular DJ Sbu, who stepped in to motivate the man, and even asked him to join his team on the hustle.
"Join us bro. Let's go sell in the streets. Lose your pride it's time to hustle. Stop thinking about suicide and think about your kids," the DJ said in a tweet.

The man, obviously overwhelmed by the responses, shared an update about the support he has received by tweeting a picture of a floor full of much-needed groceries to assist his family.
