This woman thought she would get away with stealing a ring from a corpse!
Wow, how low can one go. Can you image stealing from a corpse? This woman sauntered into a funeral home and attempted to help herself to a diamond ring off a dead grandmother's finger.

Lois Hicks, the grandmother, passed away at 88 years old. Her family arranged a gathering at a funeral home to say goodbye. Security footage captured a strange woman entering the funeral home pretending to pay her respects, only to find her rummaging through the open casket.
When Lois’ daughter returned to touch up her late mother’s make-up, she noticed that the ring was missing. She then alerted local authorities.

I can only imagine the family drama around this situation. What makes it worse for the thieving woman is that the ring is a not a real diamond, and is not worth more than a few dollars.
