What makes you happy?

For me obviously my family is at the very top of my list followed by a chilled glass of wine, strong coffee and I make no excuse about being a creature of comfort.

I love my bed, my soft and familiar PJs, slippers and a hot shower at the end of the day.

While watching the moaning of life hosted by that cheery Karl Pilkington, he goes on a quest to find out what makes people happy.

Along the way he meets up with a homeless man, a bunch of happy street clowns and folk who get their happy kick from body suspension.

Body suspension is the most hardcore thing I have ever seen! It makes my hands drip, and my stomach feel like it is on a continual roller coaster. 

I watch this through gridlocked fingers as I would a horror movie.
