Tinder for orangutans is an actual thing!

With the help of Tinder, this orangutan may actually find her happily ever after.
Recently, a friend of mine showed me the workings of Tinder. To say I was enlightened is an understatement.

I couldn't believe that with a few swipes you could meet up with a person. Tinder even gives you the distance between yourself and a possible match in kilometers, which I found crazy.
What is even more crazy is that not only humans are using Tinder, as demonstrated at a Dutch zoo, which is conducting a ‘Tinder for Orangutans’ experiment. Orangutans can pick their own mate!
One of the main issues, though, is developing a tablet that is durable enough for the orangutan to interact with.
If I was single, I would see the allure of such a service. No, not the orangutan one, the human version!
