Stacey enjoys keeping fit and dancing, so you best believe that when she works out, there's music involved.

In between juggling life and a career, I always try to make time to get some fitness in, because being healthy and fit is something that should be on top of everyone's agenda, right?

I love getting a bit of gym time in, but more importantly, going for a brisk walk to get the heart pumping never hurt anyone.

As you know already, I love me some good 'choons' and I have found a way to merge my love for fitness and music. And so should you, because there's no better way to get in those steps than walking to the beat.

I have put together a list of my top three songs that I listen to while living my best (fit) life.

Check them out below:

1. Beyonce - 'Run the World (Girls)'

So with Bey, I can walk and run at a consistent pace, plus I LITERALLY love working out, so yay!

2. Queen - 'Bohemian Rhapsody'

Queen is a singalong, but also there are four different paces in one tune, so you get to work on your breathing.

3. Madonna - 'Vogue'

Madonna is the GOAT and the original is about six-minutes long, so it's good for clocking at least 1km by the time she's done.

Honourary mention: Lady Gaga - 'Bad Romance'

An honourary mention goes out to Mother Monster, Lady Gaga - because that 'choon' is life.
