Snake bites groom during wedding shoot
This bride and groom did not expect this to happen while
posing for their wedding pictures.
As many couples know, things don’t always go according to plan on your wedding day.
Johnny and Laura Benson spent months planning for their wedding day and didn’t expect this to happen a few hours before the reception where all their friends and family were waiting to welcome the new couple.
The couple headed out to a beautiful location where Johnny usually goes for a run to snap some wedding pictures when a rattle snake bit the groom’s ankle.
At first Johnny didn’t pay any attention to it but Laura was adamant to check out the bite.
It looked pretty bad and so the couple decided to head to the hospital. Rattlesnake bites can be quite serious and the couple didn’t want to take any chances.
Luckily the bite had been dry, so Johnny was out of the danger zone!
The couple returned to their wedding reception an hour late where everyone welcomed them by cheering, and crying!
The wedding photographer said this was "the craziest adventure wedding yet".
Like all couples, time, money, resources, energy, hope, and expectation gets poured into the day and you want a lot to go according to plan, but being bitten by a rattlesnake while posing and kissing was surely not in the brochure.
