Do you have a word that you wish could be banned for life?
According to Metro.co.uk, a petition to ban the word Hun was launched last year.
People use the word Hun as a term of endearment, but it’s also a derogatory slur.
The ban was supported by the official Rangers fan board and the petition claims the word is a term used of ‘religious hatred, a derogatory and sectarian term for a protestant or those perceived to be protestant.’
Do you think the word is derogatory?
I don't mind the word Hun, not that I hear it that often.
I don't have any pet peeve words, I don't think so... oh! Except for the word funky!
So dislike that one! My Hubsta hates it when I call him doll... hehe, love that word.
