Should we stop smoke breaks in the workplace?
Updated | By Stacey Norman on East Coast Radio
Smoking is always a sensitive issue, especially in the workplace.

Hi Stacey.
I think that the workplace should stop giving smokers, smoke breaks. I think it’s not fair to people who don’t smoke that there are people who have their own special break.
I also think restricting people from smoking during work hours would help them quit.
also, smoke breaks compromise productivity, I was reading a study that says men lose 72 work hours a year taking smoke breaks and women lose 48. that’s a lot of time.
We should just abolish smoke breaks and save everyone, time, money, and their lungs.
