From one great athlete to the next, Nike is all about sending strong messages out there using inspiration woman.

A few months ago, Caster Semenya was one of the faces who starred in their 'Just Do It' anniversary campaign, and now its Serena Williams' turn.

The ad is called 'Dream Crazier' and has already racked up over 4-million views since it was released on Nike's YouTube channel. It was narrated by Williams herself and showcases female athletes such as Olympic fencer Ibtihaj Muhammad, Olympic gymnast Simone Biles, and even our very own Caster Semenya.

The ad aims is to redefine and change the perception of calling a female athlete 'crazy' for dreaming big and goes to show that without having these dreams, nothing would be possible.

"If we want to play against men, we're nuts. And if we dream of equal opportunity, we're delusional. When we stand for something, we're unhinged. When we're too good, there's something wrong with us. And if we get angry, we're hysterical, irrational, or just being crazy," Serena speaks in the ad.

The Vice-President of Nike Women, Rosemary St. Clair spoke about how the term 'sport' has broadened over the years in an article on their website

"Today, we are at a turning point for women in sport. The definition of sport has broadened overall; we recognize that the same lessons in self-esteem and confidence that come from participation in traditional sports also come from yoga, boutique fitness, functional fitness and so much more," St. Clair said.

It's motivating, inspiring, and goes to show you that women have made and are continuing to make considerable strides in the sporting industry around the world.
