Powerful ad encourages husbands to help with chores

After watching this video, you’ll totally understand why #ShareTheLoad is going viral all over the world.
I am so blessed to have found and married a man that loves and cares for me and the kids with such care and dedication as he does.
Mike has never stepped back from any house work and in truth his domestic prowess leaves me a gasp and grateful, this a by-product of being slightly OCD but mostly being extremely house proud as am I.
After a full day Mike will make a delicious dinner every night for us to enjoy together. He will make me a cup of coffee as we watch our favourite TV programs.
Every morning I am greeted with a steaming hot cuppa with a whistle and a smile.
Mike even taught me how to use our pretty high tech looking washing machine and has impressive skills while pegging up washing while I try my best to copy his mad domestic skills.
As a team Mike and I work hand in hand to run a happy home and being a part of a give and take team makes it such a pleasure.
This video made me sad to think about women who have to bat alone, especially while their man sits on the couch like it's his God given right.
As parents we have to arm our children to step out of the old school roles of 'his' and 'her' work and rather focus on 'us' work.
