OMG: "Ghosts" scare people into obeying lockdown rules!

Indonesia
and Malaysia have been using 'ghosts' to scare people who are out at night and
not following lockdown regulations.
It's
amazing what someone covered with a bedsheet can achieve. Indonesia and
Malaysia have resorted to ghost tactics to keep people off the streets and
indoors, in what is most possibly the scariest yet funniest lockdown measure
that has been undertaken.

This bizarre measure is aimed at curbing the spread of the virus and reflects an age-old superstition prevalent in parts of Southeast Asia.
We think a few volunteers dressed up as ghosts to scare people off the streets might work here in South Africa too.
