Losing the weight you gained during pregnancy can take a year for most women, but not actress Ntando Duma.

The former 'Rhythm City' star showed off her post-baby body on Instagram, and if we didn't know any better, we would not have guessed that she had a baby girl two weeks ago.

"2 weeks later! Like it never happened," she captioned the picture. Ntando welcomed her first child with DJ De Rocka on June 28. The new parents named their daughter Sbahle Lisakhanya Mzizi.

How is this possible?! And just two weeks after having a baby, say what?!

After my precious twins were airlifted out of a cut in my abdomen, I could hardly manage to get myself from a lying position to a sitting position in bed. While I was surviving, others seem to be using that action as an opportunity for a sit up. My twins turn 5 this year and I continue daily to fight against weight gain.

The actress is yet to share pictures of her daughter's face, but the newborn already has her own Instagram page. Her private account already has more than 61,000 followers.

Another women making headlines for her flat tummy is fitness model Sarah Stage.

She is six months pregnant, but still appears to have rock hard abs!

Sarah made headlines in 2015 when she was pregnant with her son James for having washboard abs for most of her pregnancy.

While some people have expressed concern over her pregnancy, Sarah is perfectly healthy.

Post-pregnancy, were you able to get your body back into pre-pregnancy shape?
