Lazy bones rejoice! Being allergic to exercise is actually a thing!

Now you can finally stop making all those excuses for skipping gym!
After coming across this article, I have heard it all.
Cosmopolitan has reported that being allergic to exercise is actually a thing. The condition is called 'exercise-induced anaphylaxis' and those who have the condition tend to break out in hives, nausea, and even swelling!

Thankfully (or not thankfully for some couch potatoes), the condition only affects 50 in every 100,000 people. So if you are experiencing any of the symptoms mentioned above while hitting the gym or just exercising, you may want to go see a medical professional.
For a large chunk of my life, I saw exercise as a chore and almost a punishment, but now I wish I had more time to get out my tracksuit pants, put on my headphones, and blast loud music as I hit the road.

I feel so much better once I have done any type of exercise. For me, it's the perfect thing to help clear my headspace and definitely steers my intake in the right direction.
Thankfully, a treatment for these allergies have been created by a US company called EpiPen.
