One of my favorite times of the day is putting together an outfit. I blast music, fling open my cupboards and revel in putting together a look. I love how personal fashion is. What I might deem as rad and expressive, you may think ‘oh my word?!’

These jeans are making the rounds and have the internet divided. It’s called the ‘Clear Panel Mom Jeans’, which basically have clear plastic rectangles at the knees. Personally, jeans aren’t my thing. I actually don't own a pair of jeans, so these bad boys aren't on my list of must-haves.
Just like Crocs aren't my thing (speaking of which I recently saw a hybrid of a Doc Marten and a Croc online the other day and I have no words!).
While I may take a pass on ‘Clear Panel Mom Jeans', others may be clambering to get a pair. Calling it ‘mom jeans’ is totally beyond me. Since when did modesty and covering up become synonymous with being a mom? What nonsense!
That's why I love fashion. It’s about it self-expression and it can be worn any which way as long as it's worn with confidence. So often people say to me, ‘I wish I was brave enough to wear that’ and my reply to that is, ‘sista, the only person stopping you is you!’.

I have a pair of thick wedged shoes I love! My hubby on the other hand thinks they are repulsive.
