Jane Linley-Thomas aims to inspire kindness through new initiative
Updated | By Supplied
Jane has partnered up with a Psychologist for a new initiative which aims to 'change lives' by teaching people how to be kinder to themselves.
Radio personality Jane Linley-Thomas and Psychologist Paul Bushell started the KindnessCan initiative in an effort to teach others that kindness, as a core human value, can have a profound impact on the way people do life and work.
They pride themselves on delivering practical and insightful activities that can be applied and implemented into the workspace. These tools can easily become habits which positively change mindsets and relationships.

Both Paul and Jane provide a safe, open space to workshop exercises like journaling, affirmations, kindness challenges, and social media prompts. These are just a few ways to get people to start conversing and becoming more aware of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviour. Being imbalanced, feeling inadequate and overwhelmed at work and at home can be managed when given the right support and tools.
Together they believe that KindnessCan will change lives.
The team will be hosting a KindnessCan workshop for moms which is aimed at 'nurturing a kinder, affirming, and gentle relationship with self'. More info on the event below:
They will also be having a workshop for teens. More info below:
