Is this handbag white or blue?

This bag is now the centre of a debate with a simple question: is this bag white or blue?

On first glance, I said white, but then when I looked again I noticed how the inside of the handles looked very blue. In the second picture of the bag it looks as blue as the sky.

Hmmmm... I'm not sure if the lighting has got more to do with it than anything else? What do you think?
