Instagram is changing and people aren’t happy!

Instagram isn’t changing for the better and this is why
celebs are asking you to #TurnMeOn
Yesterday was family day but should rather have been called 'Instagram turn me on notification day'
My Instagram timeline was awash with images and requested to #turnmeon with an arrow pointing upwards.
You better prepare yourself because your Instagram timeline is going to look a lot different, rather than giving us everything in chronological order, an algorithm will sort posts based on the likelihood you’ll be interested in the content, your relationship with the person posting and the timeliness of the post.
A lot of people are concerned that their timeless will be spammed with content they do not want to see so by turning on your notifications you might be able to avoid this.
If you want to turn on notifications so you get an alert and they appear in your feed, this is what you need to do:
1. Head to their profile.
2. Click the three dots sitting in the right hand corner of the page.
3. Select the ''Turn on Post Notifications' setting, after which a grey message will flash up saying it's been switched on.
4. Enjoy the feed you actually want.
I decided to turn my notifications on and shared a Tweet which Jimmy Nevis favorited.
