If your partner could provide, would you quit your job?

Being financially secure is of the utmost importance to many, but if your partner could take care of the bills, is there even a need for you to have a job?

If I won the lottery today, I would still come to work tomorrow. Okay, maybe not tomorrow, as I assume I would be drinking champagne out the bottle in the evening, but I would be back the following day for sure.

As I have said before, for me it feels like I've never worked a day in my life and connecting with you, my precious listeners, is one of the things I live for. Being on-air every day is not a job for me, it's something that is embedded in my DNA and something that continuously drives me. Each time I walk into the studio, I thank my lucky stars for being afforded the opportunity to be where I am today, doing what I love the most.

But on the other hand, if Mr T could support both of us and our three beautiful kids for the next 10 to 15 years, it would be nice. I mean, some people dream of living a life of luxury while their partner is out slaving their butt off on the daily grind, but as far as I am concerned, not doing what I do daily is a huge "Hell no!".
