When it comes to step-parents, it's either you have a good relationship with them, or you don't. However, there should be some form of respect when they are living and when they have passed on.
A listener sent us about a voice note concerning his stepdad that recently passed away.
He did not attend his funeral and is being dragged by his mother for his decision.
"We weren't close, and I didn't feel the need to," he said. However, his mom indicated that he should have been there to support there.
