Don't you wish food came with a label that shows you how many hours you will need to spend in the gym to burn off the food you just ate?
So for example as you decide to flow another glass of wine into your glass you could read on the label that with every pour it will cost you x amount of time on a stepping machine, exercise bike or treadmill.
I have spent this holiday under a big hat with a cold glass of something in my hand while chomping carbs at almost every meal!
