Homeless man builds home under train station
Updated | By Jane Linley-Thomas
This place is incredible.
True to the saying that 'home is where the heart is', this 'homeless' man has made the space down a manhole under a train station his home.
The entrance to Carlos' bunker is covered by a large piece of plywood. Once inside, Carlos proceeds to show off his bunker with great pride.
He seems to want for nothing, as he has power and a fridge, even though the door comes completely off the fridge. The bunker seems warm and full of energy as he cooks beans for dinner, reads his book, and calmly closes the manhole when a train comes past.
This footage has been viewed more than 1.7 million times, and the truth is, in this life of expectation and pressure, he shows that you actually need very little to survive.
