Jane asked Mags from East Coast Drive if she would date someone who earned less than her and her response... MOST DEFINITELY NOT!

Today's women are finding themselves a part of a generation which cannot find eligible men that are as successful as themselves.

  • Must have a degree or more
  • Must earn six figures and above
  • Must have a successful career
  • Must love dogs
  • Must have a kind heart
  • Must make me laugh

These are some of the requirements young career women have set for themselves and, well, 'Mr. Right' is not making an appearance.

A study conducted in the UK has found that unmarried women, on average, are looking for a man who has an income that is about 66% higher and a likelihood of having a college degree that is about 49% higher than what is available.

Women are also finding themselves more qualified than their male counterparts as men are moving away from acquiring higher qualifications. This has resulted in women opting to stay single instead.

If that's what they are grading the worth of the relationship, what about chemistry and a soul connection? I would far instead marry for love.
