Female officers have filed complaints after they were forced to endure a 'attractiveness inspection'
I can't even imagine the pain of losing a baby, and while dealing with that being called 'paunchy' by one of my male co-workers.
This is one of the many comments that have been flying around during the 'attractiveness inspections' in the Mexican police force.
The inspections which focus on the weight and appearance of female officers were led by male superiors.
Since when did weight and appearance have anything to do with the skills required to serve and protect?
The funny thing is the stereotypical picture of a policeman is an overweight dude slamming a donut in this mouth while panting over a walkie talkie.
Its guys like these that give their fellow brethren a bad name.
A few weekends ago we were at a braai and as the hostess, who granted was of fuller figure was plating up pudding for her guests and her husband pipes up 'her hips don't lie that's for sure.'
The whole table went quiet. Awkward.com!
