The 9th annual Durban Gay & Lesbian Film Festival takes place from 27th September - 6 October 2019. Stacey caught up with the Festival Director to get the scoop ahead of the event.

In its ninth year, the Durban Gay & Lesbian Film Festival (DGLFF) is set to 'scintillate' - that's according to festival organisers.
According to their website, "50 titles from across the will provide for a scintillating queer cinema experience! With a diversity of gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, intersex and queer stories made by independent filmmakers from every continent, this year’s DGLFF will again inspire, provoke thought and dialogue, and provide extraordinary resonance with lovers of film."

The festival takes place from Friday, 27 September to Sunday, 6 October 2019 at the Onomo Hotel Durban, North Beach.
Tickets start at just R40 and there is also an optional to donate-a-ticket to underprivileged community members.
