Ed Sheeran sued over his track 'Photograph'
Ed Sheeran has been accused of "verbatim, note-for-note
copying" in a $US20-million copyright infringement lawsuit.

The Grammy-winning singer is being sued for a whopping $20-MILLION and the attorney in the case just won the Marvin Gaye lawsuit over infringement on 'Blurred Lines'.
Martin Harrington and Thomas Leonard claim Ed's track, 'Photograph', is "note-for-note" the same as their 2009 song 'Amazing', released by UK X Factor winner Matt Cardle.
In court documents published by Hollywood Reporter, songwriters Harrington and Leonard claim their 2009 song 'Amazing' shares 39 identical notes to Sheeran's 'Photograph' - and that's in the chorus alone.
I must say the similarity between the tracks is uncanny.
I can't believe Ed would be that short sighted to think it wouldn't emerge should he have copied it?
