Year In Review: Issa celebration!

From first month anniversaries and birthday celebrations to virtual Durban July parties and Father's Day, there really is nothing that Stacey and J Sbu will not acknowledge and celebrate. 

For the duo, any occasion is a great excuse to have their cake and eat it too!

There is just enough time to relive every celebration that this great duo had in 2020, so here are a few highlights: 

READ: Stacey and J Sbu celebrated more than one thing today on the show, not only were the team excited about East Coast Radio's Summer Of Pop launch but it was the 6 month anniversary of the show!

The first of July this year marked the first full month of Stacey and J Sbu, the celebrations were completed by balloons, non-alcoholic champagne, yummy treats, and beautiful flowers for Stacey. 

The global pandemic meant the postponement of a lot of events that mark the social calendar. None more so than the Durban July. The 25th of July marked the 124th edition of Africa’s Greatest Horse Racing Event, the Vodacom Durban July.

For the first time since its inception, the much-loved event was held behind closed doors because of the coronavirus pandemic.

Stacey and J Sbu took this as an opportunity to have their own virtual event.

The team dressed to the nines, and set up the studio for the occasion.

Stacey Norman's birthday was another occasion where the team pulled out on all the stops. No expense and effort was spared. Stacey was serenaded by her favourite artist, J Something, a personalised photo booth, cake, balloons, and loads of surprises. Have a look below:
