Since being posted on Twitter, this incident has been circulating like wildfire... the irony.
As captured in the video above, it takes quite some time until the couple are alerted to this danger directly behind them.
Even when the groom catches a glimpse of the fire, he takes a moment to register what exactly is going on.

What's even crazier than the fire itself is the way that the groom tried to put it out.
In a shocking turn of events, the groom attempts to put the fire out with his hands!
To his rescue, wedding attendees assist the groom as he jumps in the fire.
Luckily, no one was hurt in this heated moment.
