Today's viral snake-scapade has us second-guessing if we will ever step on a plane again.
A viral debate over the different things to do when confronted by a snake mid-air has grabbed our attention.

Here's how this actually happened right here in Mzansi:
It all started when a pilot flying four passengers from Cape Town to Mbombela (formerly Nelspruit) had to make an emergency landing in Welkom, in the Free State.
He felt something slick along his leg and turns out it was an unwelcome passenger — a highly venomous Cape cobra!

“This was definitely a first and not something you get trained to handle, to be honest,” said the pilot to TimesLive.
The next time you step into a plane, make sure to check for slithering creatures.
