We’ve not been able to truly celebrate for so long.
Having “the birthday blues” is quite standard.
You don’t have to impress anyone or conform to social standards. Do it for you, not anyone else.
And if you want to have a birthday extravaganza, do it. Fulfil your heart's biggest desires.
Don’t be sad waiting around for someone else to take control or mope because you are wishing for more.
