Terrifying story of revenge porn and stalking goes viral
Updated | By Stacey & J Sbu
Twenty-six accounts and counting... he must be stopped!
This BBC and Netflix film-maker has really crossed the line after he made 26 accounts to stalk a 21-year-old student.
Not only was Riagain Grainger, 22, from Co Tyrone in Northern Ireland a cyber-thug to the young student, but he took to all social platforms to publicly body-shame her after she rejected him. Talk about taking no the wrong way.
The cruel words, harsh imagery, and disgusting behaviour makes us wonder how he ever got the gigs working for the big corporations, as well as what their view on the situation is.

As the story develops, we find out that Grainger also posted a range of doctored images of the student on pornographic sites.
On top of the cruel and vindictive social attacks on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok, he continued to threaten her and mock her appearance.
So where did these two cross paths?
The duo met when they were both studying a BA (Bachelor of Arts) at Manchester Metropolitan University.
Even back when they were studying, Grainger would loiter outside the student's house while she was studying. We've all had fantasies of a guy with a boombox standing outside our window professing their love for us, but even before Grainger started making threats, this unwanted attention made her uncomfortable.
It gets even creeper when we hear that Grainger used to take pictures without the student's consent and post them on social platforms with captions such as, "I am watching every move you make."
Another read: "What happens when a brick smashes through your window - you scream."
One that left an uneasy feeling in our gut read: "I have been watching every step you have made within the last week I know where you have been I've followed you places you haven't even noticed."
As you can only imagine, this left the young student absolutely terrified to the point where she began to fear for her life and wouldn't leave her house.

Finally she had enough and took legal action. As she should.
Grainger admitted to stalking between September and October 2019 and was ordered to pay her £2,500 compensation.
This was a huge fall from grace for the producer as he was nominated for awards at the Cannes Film Festival and won others for his work in Paris and New York.
She then released a lengthly police statement with her feelings on the matter click here to hear more.
Lastly, we have learned that Grainger has been sentenced to three years in prison, where we hope this will bring him some sort of reform and ease the mind of the young student who has faced nothing but terror since the two met.
